1. Please ship to us using Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. It is not necessary to insure the package (we will assume the risk of loss)
2. PLEASE make sure you include a letter detailing exactly what problem you are having.
3. PLEASE enclose a letter detailing your full name, full address, e-mail address and telephone number.
4. PLEASE enclose a copy of your invoice or confirmation e-mail indicating the date of purchase.
5. Without ALL the above information we will not know where to send the replacement unit or what problem must be repaired.
6. Please send the laser power supply box (the gray or black or white plastic box) key and charger to:

Our components are warranted for one year (except accidental or intentional abuse).
If the equipment is older than one year or has been subject to accidental or intentional abuse we will contact you and inform you of any charges prior to making the repairs.
